Dear Parents and Children:

Hello everyone, I am Kwan Tsui-ting, Principal of Pei Yin Kindergarten, Ai Qun Baptist Social Service Center. I have been working in early childhood education for over twenty years, and I am grateful to have received God’s calling to join the Pei Yin family. Our school’s mission is to foster the holistic development of children through the spirit of Christ’s love and professional early childhood education. Pei Yin nurtures children with Christ’s love, helping them establish correct values ​​and a positive outlook on life, and to learn to cherish life.

My teaching philosophy centers on “child-centeredness,” insisting on using love to promote balanced development in all aspects of children’s lives. I maintain close communication with parents at all times, striving for the school’s continued progress.

I love children very much, and therefore, I have three young children at home. In my spare time, I enjoy outdoor activities with my family, which gives my children more opportunities to experience life firsthand and apply their knowledge.

Previously, I was a university lecturer, primarily training early childhood educators. I hope to share my educational philosophy and experience with a group of prospective early childhood teachers to help them prepare themselves to become preschool educators and to enable them to use their knowledge to provide children with better education and care.

I believe life consists of many important stages, and the preschool stage is one of them, perhaps even the most important. In my eyes, a child is like a small seed; we must nurture it with love so that it can grow strong and healthy.

Regarding parent engagement, I strongly encourage parents to participate more in school activities. This will help them better understand the school and their children’s hearts. Please accompany your children in their school life!

Finally, I sincerely hope to spend several happy and fulfilling years with your children, accompanying them through this important stage of their lives.
